Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using StreamNova ("App", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Service Description

StreamNova is an IPTV player that allows users to load and stream content using their own playlists (e.g., M3U URLs, local files, Xtream Codes).

We do NOT provide, host, distribute, or control any content.
All content is provided by the user.

2. Apple Standard EULA

This app is licensed to you under Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA):

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA will prevail.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

• All playlists and content you load into the App.
• Ensuring you have the legal right to access and stream such content.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Avoiding any use of pirated, illegal, or unauthorized content.

5. Free Tier & Watch Time

• New users receive 2 hours of free watch time.
• Watch time is linked to an anonymous device identifier.
• We reserve the right to modify or limit free usage at any time.

6. Rewarded Advertisements

Free users may earn additional watch time by viewing ads:

• Max 4 ads per hour.
• Max 5 hours per day.
• Reward: 15–60 minutes per ad.

Abuse (bots, emulators, modified apps) may result in restriction or blocking.

7. Subscription (Premium)

StreamNova offers a monthly auto-renewable subscription:

• $1.99/month (may vary by region).
• Includes: Unlimited streaming, no ads, and priority support.

Billing terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Manage or cancel via your App Store account settings.
• No refunds for partial subscription periods.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App (design, branding, code) belong to StreamNova. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee content availability, stream quality, or compatibility with all playlists or devices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamNova is not liable for content accessed via user playlists, data loss or interruptions, or indirect or consequential damages.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Stream illegal or copyrighted content without rights.
• Bypass ads, watch-time limits, or subscription enforcement.
• Reverse-engineer or tamper with the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
