Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using StreamNova ("the app", "we", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Description of Service

StreamNova is a mobile IPTV player application that allows users to load and play video streams from playlists they provide. StreamNova does not supply, host, or distribute any video content. All content is sourced entirely from playlists provided by the user.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use StreamNova. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The playlists and streams you add to the app.
• Ensuring you have the legal right to access any content you stream.
• Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Not using the app to access pirated, stolen, or otherwise unlicensed content.

4. Free Tier and Watch Time

New users receive 2 hours of free watch time upon first launch. Watch time is tracked server-side and is tied to your anonymous device ID. We reserve the right to modify the amount of free watch time offered at any time.

5. Rewarded Advertisements

Free-tier users may watch rewarded advertisements to earn additional watch time, subject to the following limits:

• Maximum 4 rewarded ads per rolling hour.
• Maximum 5 hours of earned watch time per calendar day.
• Reward per ad: 15–60 minutes, proportional to ad duration viewed.

Abuse of the rewarded-ad system (including the use of emulators, bots, or modified app builds to circumvent limits) is prohibited and may result in your device being blocked from the service.

6. Premium Subscription

StreamNova offers a monthly Premium subscription at $1.99/month (price may vary by region) that provides unlimited watch time and removes all advertisements.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

7. Intellectual Property

The StreamNova app, including its design, logo, and code, is our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

StreamNova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices or streaming sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StreamNova and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or any content you access through it.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the app to access or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to circumvent watch-time limits, ad requirements, or subscription enforcement.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its backend.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to StreamNova services for any device that violates these Terms of Use, without notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the developer is located.
